Returns & Exchanges

At Viking Warrior, we stand by the quality of our gear and want you to be fully satisfied with your conquest. If your armor doesn't fit or meet your standards, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Prepare Your Gear

  Ensure all items are in their original, unwashed condition with the battle tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

• 2.
  Initiate the Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back to the longhouse.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely pack your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once our scouts receive and inspect the goods, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
